1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and gd888 (the Platform). By creating an account, accessing any part of the gd888 website, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using gd888 and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of gd888 regardless of how they access the platform — via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other web-based method. gd888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and KYC

To participate in any real-money activity on gd888 you must register an account. Registration is free. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, and update your account details promptly if anything changes. gd888 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time to confirm your identity, age, and the origin of deposited funds.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or security PIN with any other person.
• gd888 will never ask for your password via email, social media, or any third-party channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

6. Prohibited Conduct

gd888 maintains a fair play environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including a false name, age, address, or fraudulent identity documents.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, money laundering, or proceeds of crime.
• Using software, bots, automated wagering tools, or any AI system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, coordinate betting patterns, or share information to the detriment of gd888 or other players.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the gd888 platform to gain an advantage. Any discovered bug must be reported to [email protected] immediately and must not be exploited in the interim.

7. Account Suspension, Closure and Fund Return

gd888 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Verified or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, including fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, or submission of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable identity documents.
• Player's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework. In this case, withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
• A regulatory or legal requirement, including a court order or direction from a competent authority, requiring gd888 to close the account or restrict access.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including payment providers), and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. gd888 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable and will not be liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond gd888's reasonable control.

10. Governing Law, Disputes and Complaints

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gd888's operating jurisdiction. By using the gd888 platform you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through gd888's internal complaints process.
